In case you haven't noticed, the world of children's books has become amazingly filled with great pictures and stories. Contemporary children's books with gorgeous illustrations are one of our passions and have inspired us to become a better designer and illustrator.

Modern children's books are a unique art form. They're like extended poems that also have fantastic artwork. And the stories are as funny, profound and clever as the beautiful illustrations. They're a great opportunity to convey concepts with wit, style and brevity, a good challenge for an artist and writer.

Music Speaks is a visual introduction to children of the world of music. Music is its own language, with its own rhythm, of course, its own alphabet — notes and staffs — and its own nuances. Musical concepts are presented in a visually appealing and simple way.
