Spacious Classic 6 apartment in an Upper West Side New York City pre-War building offers a nice opportunity to showcase color. The overriding color scheme carries throughout the apartment and creates a sense of both calm and exhilaration. A few mixtures were tried before arriving at the final palette. Two bathrooms continue the color play. Window treatments are relatively inexpensive; neutral tones in places work well in combination with all the wall color. Ceilings were kept white to balance the vivid colors except in the more daring music room, since it is sectioned off from the general flow of the space.
